Proactive Maintenance for Maximum Productivity

As a Managed Services Provider, Ventura Tech proactively maintains and monitors systems to prevent issues and optimize employee productivity.  Our routine automated maintenance is performed on both workstations and servers, protecting the critical components of a business’ network.  

Maintenance tasks improve system performance by automatically updating software, cleaning up disk space and running virus scans.  If any issues are found during these routines, service tickets are automatically generated and addressed by our engineering team.

Maintenance routines are customized to a client's needs.  For example, if the workstation is used by an engineer and overnight tasks are common, nightly reboots can be disabled.
