Established Industrial Design firm with a network of 40+ machines running Windows XP, Vista, 7, Mac OS X, and 2 Windows 2003 servers supported by our Worry-Free IT Managed Services. Additionally, implemented  and maintain backup solution using a Dell Powervault 122T autoloader tape library, ensure 3 story steady Wi-Fi access with Cisco wireless access points and provide remote access for home users with configured VPN.  Managed Services Agent provides remote ticketing and support for all user submitted issues (printing, peripheral support and high end design software.)  Monthly reporting provides full summaries of the overall health of their IT environment

Project Frog Inc

Relocated a 30 machine/2 server network to a new location and deployed Ventura Tech's Worry-Free IT Managed Services to this high energy green building firm. Reconfigured 2 existing Windows 2008 R2 servers over a high bandwidth internet connection and seamlessly migrated their offices over a weekend. Configured SonicWall TZ210 router with failover and VPN connectivity for accessibility from anywhere. Established stability with a buggy VOIP phone system allowing our customer to accomplish its business effectively and Worry Free.

Implemented Ventura Tech's Worry-Free IT Managed Services to a 50 machine mixed environment network. Confiugred an Apple X Serve and XRaid technologies for a robust design heavy infrastructure. Configured SonicWall TZ210 router with failover and VPN connectivity for accessibility from anywhere. Remote and onsite access provided consistently to maintain a stable and smooth networking environment while consistently exceeding the customers expectiations..

One & Co Design

Manage and maintain a 20 machine network running Windows XP and Mac OS, and 2 network servers running Server 2003 for high end design firm. Managed Services maintain their systems for maximum uptime and 24 hour remote support availability. Recently facilitated a new space buildout from 3000 to 6000 square feet resulting in an upgraded gigabit network, managed business class router, remote VPN connectivity and reconfigured / rewired for optimum connectivity.

DEC Consultants, Inc.

Assist with day to day upgrades for a Medical Recruiting firm. Provide support to a group of 8-10 users on a day to day consultant basis. Support for for a peer to peer network running all Windows with wireless and NAS storage servers. Manage all backups and AntiVirus configurations as well as Remote Access via Netgear VPN firewall.

Archdiocese of San Francisco

Assist with day to day upgrades and provide support to over 100 users on a day to day consultant basis. Support for over 10 servers and 100 workstations running Windows OS, MAC and Citrix for remote access.

Green Mountain Engineering

Manage and maintain a 20 machine network running Windows XP Pro, and 4 network server running Server 2003 for an environmental engineering firm. Network consists of an Exchange Server, 2 Domain Controllers, and Cisco ASA router managed and backed up as well as a file server. Ongoing support weekly.

Heath Ceramics

Manage and maintain a 20+ machine network running Windows XP and Mac OS, and 2 network servers running Server 2003 for a ceramic factory in Sausalito. Full network upgrade to gigabit speeds and Cat 5E wiring for all POS machines in the store, as well as management for all client admin machines, and UPS shipping station. Ongoing support weekly.

Royal Laundry

Reconfigured an existing network of 14 PC's and one server for premium performance. Implemented a new DSL service provider, and configured a new router and file sharing throughout the network with specified access privileges. Implemented a Teletrak system for monitoring laundry trucks while on their routes as well as on site security camera's viewable from any remote computer. Ongoing support weekly.

International Institute of the Bay Area

Assist with day to day upgrades and provide support to over 10+ users on a day to day consultant basis. Support for VOIP and standard day to day PC issues including Backup, Remote Access, Antivirus and SPAM protection.

Setup a domain and wi-fi network with remote offsite backup solution for a small San Francisco design firm. VPN configured for remote access to internal files.

Setup a small peer to peer workgroup environment in San Francisco with remote access to construction site in Napa. Configured DSL and connectivity between both locations.

Optimized and secured an investment portfolio company office for secure backups, separate wi-fi network for outside users to have internet access without jeopardizing internal documents.

Beyond Value Inc.

Set up a small peer to peer workgroup network consisting of 5 client machines and 1 Windows 2000 server. Upgraded all client machines to Windows XP for premium performance. Configured email hosting plan for up to 10 email accounts. Implemented a DVD backup solution for cruicial data documents on the server as well as full antivirus protection for all machines. Ongoing maintenance includes all Windows, antivirus updates and 24hr phone support.

Maintain and ensure functionality on a 5 machine peer to peer workgroup network. Maintain printer functionality for the network and backups configured for administrative machines. Also designed and launched website to be seen at www.northbeachcitizens.org
